SYNOPSIS

is_mail_allowed($mail)

DESCRIPTION

is_mail_allowed returns false if $mail is an email address which is forbidden, true if $mail is allowed.

The list of forbidden email addresses is defined by the configuration parameter $blackmaillist in the file includes/config.inc.
